Earn to Learn Next Steps Program seeks to connect with local high school leadership and community partners who are committed to supporting dedicated, part-time, current college advisors at their site, to contribute to their college going culture by raising post-secondary attendance rates through a systematic team approach.

Next Steps Program recruits and trains currently enrolled college students and recent degree recipients to serve as Next Steps Advisors in partnering high schools across Arizona that seek to enhance their college-going culture.  Serving alongside high school counselors and other school professionals, advisors will support students as they make the transition from high school to a postsecondary educational institution.  Advisors serve part-time and focus on advising students, especially those with the least representation in higher education, through the complex steps toward college enrollment.  Advisors provide students with relevant information regarding the benefits of a postsecondary education, preparing for college attendance, and the admission and financial aid processes.

If you are interested in partnering, please complete this application. Your application submission is indicative of your commitment to participating in the program from September 2023 to May 2024 (programs can extend to August 31, 2024) and is renewable year after year.
